Resource Room

The Resource Room at Coventry Society for the Blind has a range of equipment to enable visually impaired people to lead a more independent life. 

We stock various items of adaptive technology, daily living aids and low vision aids including:

Talking and Tactile clocks and watches
Talking kitchen and bathroom scales
Talking microwaves
Liquid level indicators
Talking keyrings
Large button telephones
Talking barometers
Thermometers
Games in large print and Braille
Hand held magnifiers
Max Magnifiers (15x and 28x)  

All equipment is available for demonstration at the Resource Centre during opening hours and no appointment is needed.  Any equipment not in stock can be ordered on behalf of the client.  Please note that items are sold at cost price and we do not make any profit on sales.
