Living with Sight Loss Course

Free course for people who have recently lost their sight 

We are working with Action for Blind People to run their Living with Sight Loss course starting 18th October 2016. This course is aimed at people who have recently lost their sight, and their families who are supporting them.

It is free, informal, friendly and fun and will cover areas such as:

  • registration and concessions
  • eye health
  • assistive technology
  • emotional wellbeing
  • practical skills and daily living aids
  • getting out and about
  • welfare benefits
  • local support

Living with Sight Loss will run over four weeks from 18th October from 10am to 3:15pm at the Resource Centre.
